Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 T Basil (Chopped)
  • 1 ½ T Oregano (chopped)
  • 2 T Red onions (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 t Salt
  • 1 1/2 T Sugar
  • 1 T Parsley
  • 3 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 t Black pepper
  • 1 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/4 c Salad oil
  • 1 1/4 c Harris Ranch Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 t Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except oil, into a blender or food processor.

    While machine is running, add oil in slowly until completely emulsified.

    Refrigerate until needed.
