Hickory Brown Sugar Rub

Ingredients

  • 4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated garlic
  • 1 cup hickory smoked salt
  • 1/2 cup pepper, black table grind

Hickory Smoked Salt Ingredients

  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 1 T liquid hickory smoke

Instructions

  1. Hickory Brown Sugar Rub - yield: 6.5 cups

    Mix all ingredients together

    Hickory Smoked Salt - yield: 1 cup

    1. Mix liquid smoke and salt together

    2. Place in oven, turning occasionally, until salt is fully dried

    3. Remove and allow to cool
